N2 - We analyse the continuous mode operation of quantum scissor module proposed by Pegg et al. [14]. Based on these analysis, we found that we can change the amplitude of single photon signal and at the same time, alter its pulse shape. This phenomenon can be utilised for us to modulate information into quantum phototonic signals.
