Abstract

The 4-block H control problem with infinite and finite jw-axis is discussed in this paper. Via the eigen-structures related to the infinite and finite jw-zeros, this paper extends the DGKF's approach to the H control problem without the constraints on the infinite or finite jw-axis zeros. The necessary and sufficient conditions are proposed for checking its solvability by solving two reduced-order Riccati equations and examining matrix norm conditions related to jw-axis zeros.
