    Abstract

    Squeezed light enhanced optomechanical measurements are demonstrated in both intracavity and biological contexts, with respective enhancements of 1.0 and 2.7 dB. Quantum enhanced microrheology of the cytoplasm of a yeast cell is thereby realized.
