Abstract

We demonstrate enhanced visible sum-frequency generation in doubly resonant GaP metasurfaces. Record conversion efficiency is achieved in the metasurface by the excitation of high-Q waveguide-type bound state in the continuum resonances with non-trivial polarization dependence.
