Abstract
Superlattices have attracted attention due to their superior electronic properties. With more effective and facile methods for preparing superlattices being studied in recent years, their applications have continually been explored. However, although superlattices showed great performances in EC energy conversion, they are still less focused. Hence, the advances of superlattices in EC energy conversion have been briefly summarized.
