Abstract
Owing to their unique structures, superlattices are considered as good semiconductors and thus key materials for photochemical (PC) energy conversion. A number of successful cases of the applications of superlattices in PC energy conversion have been demonstrated. However, studies on superlattices are limited. Herein, we summarized their applications in PC energy conversion to promote the development of superlattices in PC energy conversion.
