    Abstract

Methods for the optical teleportation of continuous-variable polarization states are discussed. The use of Stokes operators to characterize the quantum properties of polarized light is reviewed. Two commonly used teleportation figures of merit in the context of quadrature teleportation are discussed. It is shown that using two pairs of entangled beams, generated using four squeezed beams, perfect teleportation of optical polarization states can be performed.
