Abstract
This 396-words short story explores the importance of an eastern religion frame of mind (more specifically, that of Zen Buddhism) when confronting the outcomes of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is a peer-reviewed output in an edited book resulting from an open call for contributions among writers who are members of the Australasian Association of Writing Programs. The book was launched in the 2021 Conference of the association.
