    Abstract

    In this paper, the effect of the ongoing migration of government and commercial services to the Web is examined. We report on preliminary results from the qualitative analysis of the experiences of a representative focus group of Australian citizens age 65 and over, who reside in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
