Abstract
The essay is presented on the application of the rule of law with respect to the treatment of the indigenous people in Tasmania and the Commonwealth of Australia. The rule of law in the colonial history of Australia was produced for the purpose of regulating the aboriginal people. Information on the comparison of the rule of law in the colonial history of Australia to the imperial history of Great Britain is also presented.
