Abstract
Like Tony Abbott, I don't approve of vigilantes. But let's be quite clear about this. The Coalition government is not trying to change the law to in order to prevent environmental groups from clogging up the courts with their frivolous claims. It is not the waste of time energy and money caused by "vigilante greens" taking losing battles to court that they are worried about. No, they can't stand the fact that the environmental groups won
