    Abstract

The 2003 Iraq War is that rare mega-disaster that was richly foretold at the time. The decade since has done little to soften the criticism and much to validate and deepen it. How do we impress on U.S. neo-conservatives - and their Australian-British fellow travellers - the enormous disparity between the vision dreamed, the goals pursued, the means used, and the results obtained?
