    Abstract

    The Stolen Child is a setting to music of WB Yeats' 1889 poem of the same title. The original poem appeared in a collected edition of works 'The Wanderings of Usheen and Other Poems'. Yeats was a founding member of The London Rhymers Club along with Ernest Rhys in 1880. This is an original musical composition using the text of the poem and is scored for amplified choir and instrumental ensemble.
