    Abstract

    Research suggests that it is not uncommon for doctoral candidates to have difficulty with understanding the various concepts in learning to be a researcher. In light of such research, this chapter addresses various strategies that PhD supervisors might adopt to assist doctoral candidates in learning to be researchers.
