N2 - The problem of estimating the transmission power levels of an uncooperative radio transmitter is examined in this short paper. The Cayley-Menger matrix is shown to provide an underlying geometrical constraint on the possible solutions and is subsequently used in a novel fashion as the basis for an estimator of the transmission power.
