Abstract
Imshaugia pyxiniformis and I. sipmanii are described as new to science. Both species are characterized by small subglobose to ellipsoidal ascospores, Psora-type conidiophores, short, ampulliform or bifusiform conidia and the presence of cortical lichexanthone and medullary protocetraric acid. In addition, the new combinations Imshaugia subarida, I. venezolana and Parmeliopsis macrospora are made.
