    Abstract

An all-optical photonic chip RF spectrum monitor with measurement bandwidth ≫2.5 THz is reported. Using a 16 cm length, highly nonlinear and broadband low dispersive As2S3 planar rib waveguide, 320 Gb/s optical signals are characterized.
