N2 - Cat’s eye antennas have been designed and fabricated to modify the emission efficiency and profile of InP nanowire lasers. Narrower emission angle, higher polarization degree, increased internal quantum efficiency and lower lasing threshold were achieved from the antenna-coupled system, in comparison to bare nanowire lasers.
