Abstract
It is difficult to conceive of a scenario which would see Australia once again engaged in battle on the Gallipoli peninsula. But an examination of the 21st century tactics and technology that might be employed by the Australian Defence Force (ADF) makes for an interesting contrast in this artificial scenario with the approach taken 100 years ago: It all occurred in later 2014 when Turkey was racked by internal dissent with several regions forming heavily armed militias
